The formulas on this site are available as an open dataset for teachers, students, developers and researchers. Each record includes the formula’s name, category, unit, inputs, the formula in words, documented variants and the sources it was checked against. The same definitions drive every calculator on the site.
The dataset will be published after the formulas have passed an independent expert review.

Versions and changes
Every formula carries its own version number, and the dataset has a version of its own. When a definition changes, both version numbers change and the change is recorded. Only formulas that have passed an independent expert review are included.
